Description

This painting depicts one of my favorite childhood characters, Kermit the Frog, in a moment of stress and contemplation. I wanted to explore the idea that even the most cheerful and optimistic among us can have moments of doubt and uncertainty. The setting is a street bench, representing the idea of taking a pause in the midst of a busy day to reflect and gather one’s thoughts. The colors are muted and subdued, reflecting the mood of the piece.
